Established in early 1992 by principal Murray Williams Oxenford Realty is now one of the leading agencies in the Oxenford Coomera area with a large yet personal property management division and a professional sales team.

Based on the northern end of the Gold Coast about 15 minutes from Southport in what is referred to as the Brisbane – Gold Coast growth corridor, we are situated in the gateway to both the sand and the scenery. Although development over the past few years has seen quite a few acreage properties disappear the area is still home to many private and picturesque rural homes. Establishing itself primarily as a rural office all those years ago has put Oxenford Realty in good stead to be arguably one of the most prominent estate agencies in the Gold Coast Hinterland today.
