Arriving in Australia from New Zealand way back in 1976 I made my way up from Sydney to Queensland where I found employment in the mining industry on a drilling rig. From there it has been a progression through the building industry onto real estate where I have been for the last 20 years. In 1992 I established Oxenford Realty, firstly as a franchise and then to stand alone as the independent office you see today.

Now after all those years as Director/Principal of what I consider a successful business I can do no more than thank my loyal staff who have made Oxenford Realty what it is today.

Adriana has an extensive background in Real Estate and oversees our office. A successful property investor in her own right, she has applied her accounting and investment knowledge to directly benefit Oxenford Realty clients. In addition to a detailed and hands-on understanding of property management, she possesses an exceptional work ethic and customer focus, organised and reliable nature. As a result, she consistently delivers positive results for our investors.  As Office Manager Adriana’s priority is customer service. So her approach to business is very hands-on.
She liaises closely with our Property Management team, ensuring that she shares her wealth of knowledge of local trends and market conditions, and she remains the lynch-pin of all property management activity.

I have been a resident and homeowner of Oxenford for over 20 years and have experienced first hand the growth and ongoing changes to the area during this time.
Having previously been involved in the construction industry, selling building and landscape supplies and contracting for the majority of my working life has helped immensely with my real estate career. I decided to make the change to real estate in May 2002 and joined the Super Sales team at Oxenford Realty.

Moving to Australia from Sri Lanka in the early 1980’s I completed my studies in Bio Technology and Agriculture Science at the Melbourne Monash University before beginning my Real Estate career 17 years ago.

Then some six years after that I started with Oxenford Realty and have since gained experience in a wide range of areas from the Northern Gold Coast towards Brisbane and beyond.

I speak a number of languages including Tamil, Sinhalese and Sanscrit which is a definite advantage when dealing with some overseas clients.

I was born and raised in the western suburbs of Brisbane and moved to the Gold Coast 13 years ago.
I have been working in the Real Estate Industry for the last 10 years as a Property Manager in 2 reputed Real Estate Offices in the Helensvale and Oxenford areas. As my work always involves dealing with people; honesty & integrity become priorities not only in my life but also in my work place. I always work as a team player and am fully conversant with all aspects of property management. My work area covers a larger territory and is heavily involved with managing properties in the areas of Oxenford, Coomera, Upper Coomera, Willowvale, Ormeau, Pimpama, Guanaba, Pacific Pines and Wongawallan.

My name is Eric van Zaane and I was born in Holland and came to Australia in 1969.
I speak both English and Dutch and a smattering of other European languages as so many Europeans do.
My family was in manufacturing in Holland which is a tradition I carried on in Australia.
We moved to Queensland from NSW in the eighties and live on the Gold Coast.
About 8 years ago I got my licence and got into the Real Estate industry.
After working for my self for some years I joined Oxenford Realty in December 2009 in the Commercial and Industrial Division and greatly enjoy it.
